Terms of Service

AC Energy (Pty) Ltd is a company registered in South Africa providing AI automation services to solar businesses in the United Kingdom. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ mean AC Energy (Pty) Ltd.

We provide AI-powered lead qualification, booking automation, quote generation and CRM integration services. Full service details are set out in the Client Service Agreement executed between AC Energy and each client.

You agree not to use our services to process data unlawfully, to send unsolicited communications without consent, to attempt to reverse-engineer our automation systems, or to resell our services without written permission.

While we strive to deliver excellent results and may offer a results guarantee as specified in your Order Form, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control including your lead quality, pricing, and market conditions.

All content on our website and all automation systems, prompts, workflows and templates we create are AC Energy’s intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

Our systems integrate with third-party tools including Anthropic (Claude AI), Google, Twilio and others. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the Client Service Agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days’ notice of material changes to existing clients. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK clients. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
